With recitation of Salawat, President of World Federation of K.S.I Muslim Communities Dr Ahmed Hassam  performed the official launching of Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya Website: www.kenbilal.org  on the Eve of 3rd Shaaban 1427 AH, 28th August 2006.

This website, hosted by the World Federation Servers, has been designed at Bilal Secretariat under the guidance of Br. Sadiq Datoo, Convenor of I.T. team at the World Federation and student volunteers Br. Kazimali Khaki and Sis. Aqila Khaki. The website consists of news and updates of all the activities of the Mission. It also has facilities like online registration of Islamic Correspondence Course, E-books and list of books in the Library and Bookshop.

In his speech, Dr. Ahmed Hassam commended the activities of Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya and assured WFED’s continuous co-operation  for all its activities. He praised the Community for its valuable support to Tableegh activities and urged them to continue as advised by our Marjae Taqleed.

With the Internet now having spread globally and accessed by over 75 million users around the world, the launching of this website will enable BMMK to take advantage of modern information technology in the activities.
