Wafatun Nabi (s.a.w.w) Programs 1432 AH Print E-mail

WAFATUN NABI (S.A.W.W) PROGRAMS 1432 A.H

To commemorate the Wafat of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w), Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya organized a lecture at Bilal Hall, Mombasa and a Annual Seminar at Ahlul Kisa Centre, Kichakamkwaju.

On 29th February 2011 lectures were organized to commemorate the wafat’s of the Holy Prophet (saww) and Imam Ali Redha (as). The program commenced with recitation from the Holy Qur’an.

Ustadh Jamali Abdallah deliberated on the life of Imam Ali ar-Ridha (a.s), detailing on the teachings from the Imam and concluded his speech by narrating the events that led to the Imam’s final martyrdom.

Ustadh Aidarus Athman outlined the need for a successor after the death of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w), pointing out that it is beyond imaginable thoughts that the Prophet (s.a.w.w) could have left the Muslim ummah without a successor. 


The program at ended with the recitation of the ziyarat  and distribution of niyaz.


Wafatun Nabi (s.a.w.w) Seminar at Kichakamkwaju

The annual seminar to commemorate Wafatun Nabi (s.a.w.w) was conducted on 6th February, 2011 at Kichakamkwaju Centre.

The seminar attracted a bigger audience compared to previous years; of different age groups, from diverse madh-hab, including religious scholars from sunni Madh-hab.

The program started with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, followed by the first lecture by Juma Shughuli, from Madrasah Amirul Mu’minin Matuga, who dealt deeply on Sunnah and the Holy Qur’an.

The second speech by Musa Shali from Madrasah Amirul Mu’minin Matuga touched on caliphate after the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w)

Ustadh Jamali Abdalla of Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya concluded the speech session by discussing extensively on the misfortunes that befell the muslim ummah of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) after his death.

Later on the day, a question and answer program was conducted with the lecturers answering most questions to satisfaction especially on matters of succession, prostrating on Turba, Sahabas e.t.c

The program ended late in the afternoon with niyaz distributed to the participants.
