Wiladat of Amirul Mu’min, Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (a.s)

Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya organized a special program on Saturday 11th July 2009 to celebrate the Wiladat of Amirul Mu’min, Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (a.s), at Bilal Hall, Mombasa.

The program started at 3:30 pm with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Sheikh Mulla Sajjad, followed by recitation of Qasidas outlining the life and lessons derived from the Imam and Ahlul Bayt (a.s) by Madrasah Amirul Mu’min from Matuga

Ustadh Ali Bahero, delivered an informative speech describing a believer by quoting the Imam’s tradition in the Imam’s book: Nahjul Balagha. He emphasized on the need for continuously seeking for knowledge.

At the end niyaz was distributed to the attendants.
