In order to build on the existing achievement of Tabligh in Africa, the Central Bilal Board of Africa Federation launched Bilal Loan Education Scholarship Scheme. This  project aims to empower Shia Muslim students from Africa with Tertiary Educational opportunities. By creating these opportunities, people of high educational caliber will be produced  who will not only improve their lives, but also contribute to raise the standards of their communities along principles of Islam. 

To-date 8 students are benefiting from this scheme.
