ZCSS STUDENTS PERFORMANCE EVALUATION WORKSHOP

To ensure that students sponsored by BMMK under Zainabiya Child Sponsorship Scheme of World Federation special evaluation sessions are conducted annually to review the students academic and religious progress.

This years’ evaluation workshop was held in two sessions. The first was organized on 4th September which was attended by five students in the final term of Form 4 and the second session was organized on 4th October 2008 which was attended by nine students from primary schools, nine students from secondary schools and five students from tertiary institutions.

The students participated in Quran recitation and quiz in Diniyat. The session was very well organized.

Thereafter there was a session of assessing improvements from their previous progress reports. Students who had dropped in performance were encouraged to improve and were told to commit themselves in writing.

A special module for female students discussing Gender and Education : Science and Technology was conducted Br. Haji Juma to motivate them to work harder in the fields of Mathematics and Sciences as this is an important area which is yet to be exploited by women.
