It should be a priority to get all centres refurbished as soon as possible. At the same time, a strategic plan must be done to promote the faith further in coast province once the current centres are refurbished.

It is great to note that BMM-Mombasa is progressing well with tabligh efforts. Was pleased to see the opening of the mosque and school recently posted on the website.  
 
Kindly build modern mosques and schools for all the Islamic centres you have (about 15). Within a span of five years, all shia communities in coast province must have modern mosques, madrassahs and schools. 
 
You have taken the first step in this direction. Kindly take further steps until you reach your aim.
